A continuity plan is an essential resource to ensure that your County can continue to function in unforeseen circumstances.
This plan should be made in consultation and with the support of your County team.
You may delegate the task of taking the continuity plan forward. However, as County Commissioner, you will remain responsible for County operations continuing in unusual or unforeseen circumstances.
You should review your plan regularly, making sure that it remains relevant to the needs of the County.
Before completing your continuity plan it is important to undertake an impact analysis. This will inform which areas of guiding within your County you will prioritise in your plan.
